When: Bi-weekly - Mondays from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Where: NSM VON via Zoom! (PowerPoint presentations will be incorporated)

May 6th - Home & Community Safety

May 20th - Victoria Day (VON Closed)

May 27th - Sleep

June 10th - Keeping a Healthy Brain

June 24th - Paying attention to Stay Safe
