This program is designed for those 55+, their caregivers and family members.  Presentations are one hour, with an opportunity to ask questions. 

When: Bi-weekly - Mondays from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Where: NSM VON via Zoom! (PowerPoint presentations will be incorporated)

January 15th - Staying On Your Feet

January 29th - Taking Charge of Your Health

February 12th - Medications

February 26th - Exercise, Posture & Deconditioning

March 11th - Bone Health (Osteoporosis Canada)

March 25th - Nutrition, Hydration & Incontinence

• All VON programs are FREE for participants 55+
